There are some files that cannot be installed via these manager, such as ENB lighting setups or various plugins for New Vegas, but so long as you follow all the installation instructions to the letter you shouldn't have any problems. It does take some knowledge about modding to use the FOMOD, but there are some excellent tutorials available for both FOMM and NMM to help get you started.

I think TTW installer should make your New Vegas executable 4Gb and already load nvse_loader, but if for some reason it didtn work.
