You cannot move things about in File explorer's Navigation pane. I would just like to have my Downloads folder in a similar eye-catching place on the tree with access to it via one click. I recently made the switch to Windows 10 a few days ago and its folder structure is not very intuitive. In Windows 7, there weren't as many duplicate folders (no quick access folder, and what the heck is a 3D folder for?), and the Downloads folder was right at or near the top of the tree within My Documents.
